Helen Tueni is the founder of Vucable, a consultancy specializing in digital transformation. With over 15 years of experience in digitalization, she has led projects across various sectors, including public affairs, energy, insurance and education. Holding a Master's degree in AI for the public sector, she is also the creator of mAIté, a GovTech solution that enhances accessibility to public services using AI.

Jens Meijen is a founder and managing partner at Umaniq, an AI governance, risk & compliance consultancy. He is also a doctoral researcher at KU Leuven and a research fellow at the Portulans Institute in Washington DC. Previously, he was a Fulbright Fellow at Stanford University, a Europaeum Scholar in the University of Oxford's Europaeum network, a Global Policy Fellow at the Institute for Technology and Society in Rio de Janeiro, and an Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leader in Morocco.

Angeliki Tiligadi is a privacy lawyer and DPO at Qover , an InsurTech company based both in Belgium and the UK. She holds an Executive Master’s in Law and AI and she is CIPP/E certified. She is also a member of the European Data Protection Board Support Pool of Experts for legal and technical expertise in new technologies. Recently, she has been appointed as a Global Leadership Network Coordinator for regulated sectors in AI Governance for the WiAIG.

Cédric Gilissen is an expert in the field of the development and adoption of generative AI tools. He is passionate about creating AI solutions that users can trust and that are based on ethical principles that are transparent, explainable, and fair. With Wonka AI he is pioneering the roll out of open source AI technology across Europe. Cédric is also lecturer at PXL.
