The implementation of the EU AI Act reached another important milestone on 2 August 2026, but the recent approval of the Digital Omnibus on AI has changed several provisions and key deadlines. In this virtual session, our legal experts Sabra Ibnouthen and Shannen Verlee will take you through the most important updates to the existing timeline: which deadlines have shifted, which have not, and which are entirely new.
