The Netherlands - Transparency and existence of automated decision-making
A number of drivers of the company Ola filed a case with the court in Amsterdam to get more access to the personal data the company processes about them, including the existence of automated decision-making. It would be the first time a court ruled that employees were subject to automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
