United States – Founding of the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource Task Force
The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, together with the National Science Foundation, has established the ‘National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource Task Force’. This task force is a federal advisory committee and is tasked with developing and implementing a blueprint of the National AI Research Resource (NAIRR). The NAIRR is conceived as a shared research infrastructure that should provide AI researchers and students in all scientific disciplines with access to computational infrastructure, qualitative data, educational tools and user support.
