About this course
Are you involved in digital transformation in your organisation? Are you striving for high-quality deployment of (AI) technology in the workplace?
In this training tailored to your organisation, we look at how data-driven and AI technology can be successfully deployed in the workplace and create a win-win situation for all involved.
What will you learn?
- How technology and people influence each other.
- How AI shapes the labour market and the workplace.
- Legislative frameworks relevant to AI in the workplace.
- How to set up a participatory trajectory in your organisation.
- ... and you will develop an action plan for introducing a new AI innovation in the workplace.
Process of the course
The training day lasts a full day (from 9.30am to 4pm) and consists of four parts. One or two staff members of the knowledge centre will guide this training day, depending on the size of the group.
The four parts of the training day are:
- The relationship between employees and digital transformation
- How is AI technology different from other digital transformations in the workplace? How do AI technology and employees relate to each other? How can employee engagement make a difference in AI implementation processes in the workplace? We give guidance on what you can do as an organisation to act “ethically”.
- Legal frameworks applicable to AI systems in the workplace
- Can AI just be introduced in the workplace from a legal perspective? What legal frameworks apply? When should you consider these legal frameworks, and how do you proceed with them? Among other things, we look at the GDPR, the AI act and CAO39.
- Methods, tools and tips to innovate together in the workplace
- How can you reflect together with employees and employers on (new) AI innovations in the workplace? What methods and tools are already available? We explain how to set up an employee engagement process and what to look out for during such a participation process.
- Drawing up an action plan for a new AI innovation in your organisation
- For an AI innovation - preferably not yet implemented in the organisation - we draw up an action plan together. This action plan summarises the necessary actions, responsibilities, participation moments, etc. This plan forms the basis for a successful roll-out of the innovation in the organisation.
