For the third time in a row, we are organising a policy prototyping exercise, an innovative approach to policymaking in which rules are tested in practice by stakeholders before they are finalised and established.
This year, the project focuses on the minimum requirements in contracts between providers of high risk AI systems and their suppliers under the EU AI Act. To this end, we are looking for:
- AI providers and suppliers in the AI value chain
- Legal experts who can both contribute to the drafting of prototype contractual clauses.
