Are you working on responsibility and sustainability in AI and data projects? Are you unsure how to make these topics a focal point in your organisation?

The Knowledge Centre Data & Society and FARI are working on a ‘policy toolbox’ for responsible and sustainable AI. This toolbox wants to support organisations on a structural level to be fully equipped to deal with these topics.

The toolbox is for anyone working on the social and ethical aspects of AI on an organisational, structural level. Job titles for this responsibility in organisations vary widely. These could for instance be "numérique responsable" officer or unit member, digital ethicists, DPOs, project managers, Corporate Social Responsibility programme managers, Chief Privacy Officers, or similar.

We have created a first prototype of the toolbox which we are going to test at the FARI conference in Brussels (September 11 - 12, @Bozar, free). During this brief test (15 minutes) we will walk you through the different elements of the toolbox and ask about your experience and feedback on the tool.

If you’d like to test the prototype of this policy toolbox, you can pick a time slot and come to our booth in the Horta Hall at the time you have chosen (registration for the FARI conference needs to be done separately).
