In this English training course you will receive an overview of legislation and policy measures that, now and in the future, apply to AI- and data driven applications. We discuss the upcoming AI act and the relevance of other legislation such as GDPR, contract law and intellectual property rights.

Are discussed, among other things:

• An overview of relevant regulation around AI, both current and in development, including the EU AI Act and the GDPR.
• A selection of topical policy initiatives around, for example, the use of generative AI
• Instruments for experimentation and preparation.
