(NL) Digitalisering van overheidsdiensten: een studie naar de evaluatie van en drempels bij 60-plussers

Ons oog viel op de digitalisering van overheidsdiensten en meer specifiek hoe 60-plussers hier tegenover staan. We organiseerden een pen en papier vragenlijst en bevroegen zo 1721 60-plussers.
