AI Maturity Tool
The AI Maturity Tool is intended to find out to what extent your organization is ready to get started with AI. The tool was created when a Finnish survey in 2018 showed that understanding the potential possibilities of AI was one of the biggest obstacles to starting an AI project.
The Finnish Artificial Intelligence Accelerator forms the basis of this tool and it is part of the Finnish Digibarometer 2018 (in Finnish).
What you should know before reading further:
- Process phase: problem analysis and idea generation
- Control Unit: entire application, users, context AI system
- Price: freely available
- Time indication: about half a day
Method
The preparation consists of filling out a questionnaire and will take about half a day. It may be that several people from the organization are needed to answer the questions.
The questionnaire asks questions related to:
- Data;
- Technology;
- Skills and collaboration;
- Products and services;
- Strategy and management;
- Processes.
Result
The result is a matrix that indicates on a scale of 0-4 to what extent your organization is ready to work with AI applications.
