People+ AI Guidebook
The principles discussed in this guide are intended to assist user experience (UX) professionals and product managers with a human-centered approach to AI. This guide helps them put the user at the center of developing an AI application.
People + AI Research (PAIR) is an initiative of Google. The aim of PAIR is, according to Google, "to explore the human side of AI by doing fundamental research, building tools, creating design frameworks, and working with various communities."

Method
No preparation is needed: you can use the guide right away in the various steps of developing an AI system. A total of six phases have been identified and each phase has its own worksheet that can help turn the chapter's theory into concrete action points.
Result
Each worksheet helps you identify possible limitations in the developed AI system and helps you to resolve or avoid these limitations. The final result is a plan of action.
